Owl Mountain Au MCX – Claim

The Owl Mountain Tenures INCLUDE 1130372 (1 Cell), and 1130386 (3 Cells), Both GTD: In Application on 20/Feb/2026 and 21/Feb/2026 respectively. The 1 pertinent Minfile includes the MF 092JSE014 the Owl minfile.

The 092JSE014 Showing (Owl Mountain) is located adjaceant to a microwave tower and is situated about 9 kilometers north of the town of Pemberton.

Most of the area is underlain by a large roof pendant of Upper Triassic Cadwallader Group volcanic rocks, that trends NW, and are preserved in a hornblende granodiorite belonging to the Upper Cretaceous Spetch Creek pluton.

Skarn-type mineralization does consist of massive magnetite-pyrite-arsenopyrite lens that occur in fractured andesite next to an intrusive contact. Secondary malachite and annabergite have also been observed on fracture surfaces.

Gold mineralization appears to be tied to the presence of arsenopyrite and is considered to be patchy. A 1.07-metre sample collected in 1934 did grade to 4.8 grams per tonne gold (Assessment Report 361). De Quadros also reported an assay of 75 grams per tonne gold from andesite containing disseminated pyrite and arsenopyrite (Assessment Report 15597).

The ARIS 15597 (p…05-06) reported up to 5.3 ounces per ton on Owl Mountain in 1934.

The area exhibits Good Exploration Potential due to the following;

1. The widespread distribution of pyrite + Cu/Mo mineralization

2. The presence of volcaniclastic rocks of Mesozoic age host ore bodies located at the nearby Britannia and Northair mines.

3. The prominent linear feature (A shear zone) that occupies the Owl Creek. Such structures host the Bralorne (42Km NW), Britannia (92Km SW), and Northair (41Km SW) mines, which are all located within 92 kilometers of the company claims.
